store-of-the-future

The new ‘ShopWithMe’ store in Chicago houses collections from Toms Shoes and Raven + Lily, featured on smart fixtures. The environment learns about individual shoppers as they browse, and interactive shelving can move toward a customer to suggest an item on it. The fitting rooms are technology assisted and sport interactive mirrors, enabling shoppers to request different sizes or colours.

The 3,000 sq. ft. unit is being marketed to retailers as a high-tech, small format solution to showcase collections in an entirely new way.

Jonathan Jenkins, Founder and CEO of WithMe, created a “smart store” to bring the best of both offline and online shopping together under one roof, while creating personalised experiences for every shopper. The store itself is completely mobile, and designed to be mass-produced so they can be deployed across the US or shipped anywhere around the world.
